What is OLEEAA?The Ohio Law Enforcement Explorer Advisors Association, or OLEEAA, is a non-profit, non-partisan educational entity established for the purpose of creating a communications network between all law enforcement Explorer Posts, Public Safety Cadets Units, and similar programming in the State of Ohio and promoting such programming within the State of Ohio. (Any further references to "Advisors", "Explorers", or "Post" would encompass their corresponding designations in any comparable organizations or programming.) This is done through the following activities:
A. Sponsoring and supporting programs that enhance the mission of the Boy Scouts of America (BSA) affiliated Learning for Life, Law Enforcement Exploring programB. Developing and implementing educational, recreational, and competitive programs and events that foster vocational awareness, professional knowledge, character development, and overall fitness to benefit the youth of OhioC. Assisting law enforcement agencies and BSA Councils with the formation and development of new Law Enforcement Explorer PostsD. Encouraging Law Enforcement Explorer Posts to participate in local, regional, and national law enforcement conferences and other eventsE. Planning and conducting specialized training programs for Explorers and AdvisorsF. Engaging in such other activities deemed necessary to support the mission of Law Enforcement Exploring

A. Association businessB. Updates from the National Exploring OfficeC. Updates from the National Public Safety Cadets OfficeD. General training and discussions for program leaders:1.
